Licensed users can obtain product support by emailing or calling Muthén & Muthén. The best way to obtain support for an analysis problem is to email the input, data, and output to firstname.lastname@example.org. When emailing for support, please include your product license number in your message.
Current Mplus Updates
Mplus Version 8.4 is available at no cost to anyone who purchased Mplus within the last year and to those with a current Mplus Upgrade and Support Contract. Mplus Version 8.4 can be downloaded by the registered user using our online system. We offer convenient access of the latest versions to users with current Upgrade and Support Contracts, including full installation downloads.
