Hi, I wanted to ask if it is possible to analyze the datafile where all of the imputations were placed and there is a variable that indicates which imputation it is? I did multiple imputation (40 imputatiojs) with SPSS and I would like to run analysis with Mplus, however, my SPSS file is a single file which has a variable indicating the imputation. Saving each imputation is a huge task ![:-(](http://www.statmodel.com/discussion/clipart/sad.gif) |

Mplus requires each data set to be in a separate file. You can impute that data in Mplus using DATA IMPUTATION. |
