Dear Muthen. I struggle with how to specify a model with individual time differences in measurement (timescores =..., Type = Random, Model: I S …. | AT command) for patients within Therapists (level 2). I have tried to compute mean timescores for each therapist and use these time scores on level 2, but receive the error messages: *** ERROR in MODEL command Random effect variables declared with the AT keyword for TYPE = TWOLEVEL must be declared on the WITHIN level. I tried to declare the time score variable at the Within command and other time score variables at Between level, but that does not solve my life. Best regards, Rolf |
