Hi, I am a new user of Mplus, and I am hoping to perform a mixed ANOVA with sampling weights. There are two within-subjects variables (time point; hemisphere), both which only have two levels. The between subjects variable is sex. Is it possible to run a mixed analysis of variance on this data using sampling weights? (Or an equivalent analysis?) Which chapters in the manuals might provide the most comprehensive examples/syntax for me to model this on? Kind regards, Meg |

All models estimated in Mplus can use sampling weights. |
