Hello. I am fitting some three-level multilevel models with a categorical outcome. In Mplus the only available estimator is Bayes, however I am not familiar with how to intepret the output from the fit information and model results (there's a posterior SD, a one-tailed, not two-tailed p-value, and also a significance (reported as * in my preliminary analysis). If anyone could point me to some references in terms of the basics of interpreting output model fit and results using a Bayes estimator, I would be very grateful. Many thanks |

That is discussed in the Bayes paper on our website Muthén, B. (2010). Bayesian analysis in Mplus: A brief introduction. Technical Report. Version 3. Click here to view Mplus inputs, data, and outputs used in this paper. as well as in our new book; see http://www.statmodel.com/Mplus_Book.shtml |
