I have data collected at six time points on N participants. I would like to modify the following code within X; Analysis: type =twolevel; MODEL: %within% Y on X; %between% Y; to estimate a model with unequal level-1 variances at the six time points. Is there a way to do this using type=twolevel? Thanks in advance. Jamie |

If you want the variances to be different at the six time points, you need to do the analysis as a single-level model with the data in wide format. |
