I am running a CFA with count data and the AIC/BIC as well as non-standardized results print however, I receive 9999 and 1s for the standardized factor solution and the chi-square tests come back with a p=1.00 and degrees of freedom which are very high. I am not receiving any error messages and am not sure how to determine what has gone wrong. Any advice would be appreciated. |

StdY does not make sense with count data because there is not a residual variance estimated for Y. This results in what you see. I would only consider StdX if I felt that I had to standardize. Chi-2 for counts refer to a frequency table and that table easily gets empty cells where you can't trust the chi-2 - that's most likely why you see p=1. |
