Hi, I am doing a growth mixture model with covariates and a binary distal outcome. The binary outcome is also regressed on the covariates. I am interested in computing odds ratios comparing the probability of outcome across latent classes. Although this can be done easily enough, I am unsure about how to obtain confidence intervals for these odds ratios? Best regards Jan |

If you define the odds ratios in MODEL CONSTRAINT, you will obtain standard errors for them and can them compute confidence intervals using the standard errors. |
