I performed LGMM and found that 4 classes fit my data best. The output provided me with the Ns in each class, but is there a way to identify every individual that was placed into each class? For example, say 100 people are in class 1, how can I retrieve all 100 studyIDs for class 1 to know who was grouped in class 1? I need the studyIDs to perform other analyses on the subpopulations. Thank you! |

Use SAVE=CPROBABILITIES in the SAVEDATA commnand to save the posterior probabilities and most likely class membership for each person. |
